Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning design for Ulba Metallurgic Plant process premises and amenities. Development of smoke exhaust system. Heating, aerodynamic, hydraulic calculation. Selection of equipment (fans, air supply chambers, air conditioners, radiators, control units); calculation and selection of heat insulation. Compiling specifications for materials, equipment. Drafting in AutoCAD. The tantalum factory: design of ventilation system for removal of radon, smoke removal system, ventilation for pump house. Air protection of mechanical factory – calculations of contaminants from grinding machine, spray booth, welding machine; calculation of an economic damage, determination of air pollution fee. Air protection design of the tantalum factory – calculations of contaminants from reactors of sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid (reactors for: neutralization process, place for slaking, place for oxidation, place for chemical treatment, etc.). Rest rooms – design of infrared heating. Liaison with electrical and civil disciplines to ensure electrical supply to the HVAC installations and layout of these installations.
