- Development of the HSSE plan with clear targets for the Production Facilities, Turnaround, Drilling Directorate as well as Production Projects Execution or Drilling Directorate Activities; - Conduct safety evaluation before the selection of the contractors as per HSE criteria including HSE system/plan for Turnaround, Drilling Directorate, POD Production Areas, POD Projects; - Facilitate HSE Assessment with the Turnaround team and manage the close-out of relevant actions arising; - Verify all HSSE plans addresses HSE risks for the Turnaround activities; - Keep up records for HSE performance and provide its reporting to the management; - Developing and rolling out of personal Safety initiatives/campaigns to increase the level of safety awareness among POD site operational, maintenance and project staff and contractors; - Ensure incident investigation and Reporting is implemented; - Achieve alignment with the production facilities in relation to implementation of HSE related procedures with close liaison with the site's Safety Superintendents; - Actively liaise with the Safety Superintendents to ensure alignment on safety requirements at site; - Facilitate the preparation of relevant Risk Assessment documentations; - Lead and supervise contractor's site safety personnel/team in HSSE processes; - Ensure that all activities are executed in a safe and environment friendly manner; - Set-up scheme for safety rounds for management and HSE personnel; - Evaluation of toolbox talks; - Set-up meeting structure for HSSE on regular basis including contractors (one team approach) and take the lead in implementing them; - Preparation of daily safety talk in the daily management meetings and proposal of improvements; - Promote and oversee the closing out of issues raised from: audits/inspections/incident CARs and company SAFE-R system; - Support the implementation of training and induction programs prior to mobilization of workers to site; - Development of introduction program with the focal point on HSSE for all personnel; - Support with HSSE data analysis for all levels of reporting;
